MONTO was founded in České Budějovice in response to quality control needs in the automotive industry. Production expertise and everyday work with people remain the foundation of everything we do.

We develop assembly, kitting and outsourcing services. MONTO Assembly creates opportunities for people with disabilities. R.A.T.C. handles accommodation and transport. Monto Corporation expands our recruitment reach.

We help hospitals and healthcare providers recruit healthcare professionals from abroad.

We recruit candidates and coordinate the administration of visa and residence procedures and recognition of foreign education. For eligible candidates and employers, we prepare documentation for the Highly Qualified Employee Programme.

What support do we provide?

Candidate selection based on the facility’s requirements, collection and review of education documents, coordination of translations and education recognition paperwork, preparation of residence application documents and liaison with the employer.

Recognition of education and recognition of professional competence are separate procedures. We tailor the process to the profession and country of education, including any required professional examination. Residence and recognition decisions are made by the competent authorities; admission to the programme and the outcome of proceedings cannot be guaranteed.

Recruiting healthcare professionals from abroad

We help hospitals and healthcare providers prepare the recruitment of nurses and other healthcare professionals from abroad. During candidate selection, we review education, professional training and work experience documents to support an early assessment of the prerequisites for qualification recognition in the Czech Republic.

We coordinate document collection, translations, visa and residence administration, and the supporting documents for education and professional qualification recognition. Each process is tailored to the profession, country of origin and healthcare provider’s requirements, including any required approbation examination and the Highly Qualified Employee Programme.

The competent authorities decide on education and professional qualification recognition and residence permits.
